Job Summary and Qualifications

An Occupational Therapist evaluates patient needs, builds custom recovery plans, and delivers evidence-based care to help patients restore daily living and working skills

Core Job Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Perform assessments, create tailored treatment plans, deliver therapy, and monitor patient progress

• Collaboration & Education: Work with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients/families to promote functional independence

• Leadership: Guide assistants and students while ensuring high-quality care standards

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & License: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in OT and current state license.

• Certifications: BLS (AHA) required, with FIM certification required within 90 days.

• Skills: Strong critical thinking and communication skills
