Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation.

• Proven expertise in legal research, analysis, and document preparation.

• Strong experience in trial preparation, courtroom procedures, and conducting depositions.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective client counseling and advocacy.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with exceptional organizational skills.

• Thorough knowledge of Minnesota state and federal laws and court procedures.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar.
