Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You

This role is based at one of our corporate offices in Dallas, TX, McLean, VA or Remote

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As a Manager of Redemption Optimization you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Pricing & Inventory Solutions team reporting to the Director of Redemption Optimization, you will support redemption strategy and capabilities, including performance monitoring and activation planning.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Manage projects from planning through activation, monitoring, measurement, and final readout, using clear plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decision dates.

  • Develop initiative plans, readiness checklists, and process documentation that translate goals into relevant work for analytical, operational, product, and technology partners.

  • Review Commercial and Loyalty information; prepare initial analyses and decision-ready summaries; and identify findings or unresolved questions that require further review.

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Partner with teams across Pricing, Hilton Honors, Analytics, Digital, Technology, and hotel-facing operations to coordinate deliverables and connect work throughout the company.

  • Facilitate working sessions, prepare agendas and pre-reads, capture actions, and escalate material risks or unclear ownership to the Director with concise context and practical options.

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:

  • Assigned redemption initiatives and capabilities, including the integrated project plan, launch readiness, quality assurance, monitoring, materials, measurement coordination, and documented recommendations for Director and Leadership review.

  • Reusable program artifacts such as requirements, analytical intakes, performance readouts, decision logs, strategies, and source-of-truth documentation that preserve learning and improve future execution.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of work experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Loyalty, Commercial Strategy, Analytics, Product Delivery, Project Management, or a related field

  • Proficiency using Excel (can perform complex functions) and PowerPoint to analyze business information and communicate findings to varied audiences

  • Travel up to 20% of the time

It would be useful if you have:

  • Experience in Hospitality, Loyalty Economics, Redemption Products, Hotel Pricing, Revenue Management, or Hilton Honors

  • Experience with experimentation, performance measurement, forecasting, financial analysis, or commercial impact assessment

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MicroStrategy, SQL, Power Query, Power BI, or comparable work-management and analytical tools

  • Experience using approved Artificial Intelligence tools to organize information, accelerate analysis or documentation, and improve the clarity of business deliverables
