The Opportunity
Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Manager RM & Distribution Analytics to join our Revenue Management Analytics team. In this role, you will partner closely with Global and Regional Revenue Management Leadership teams to advance key analytics and strategic priorities. You will support corporate, regional, and property teams by developing tools, AI capabilities, statistical models, algorithms, insights, and strategies that advance revenue optimization. The Role
Responsibilities include partnering with Global and Regional Revenue Management Leadership teams to drive key analytics and strategic priorities. The role supports corporate, regional, and property teams through the development of tools, statistical models, algorithms, AI capabilities, insights, and strategies for revenue optimization.

Develop tools, statistical models, algorithms, AI capabilities, insights, and strategies that support revenue optimization.

Partner with corporate, regional, and property Revenue Management teams.

Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels of the organization as a trusted business partner.
Qualifications:
Experience Required
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Strategic agility.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization.
Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job
-
Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
-
Proficiency with AI-enabled analytics tools, including generative AI, to support analysis, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
-
Advanced SQL programming skills and extensive experience working with relational databases.
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and VBA.
Additional Comments and Requirements
-
Experience developing analytical models and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is preferred.
-
Experience with Alteryx is preferred.
-
Experience with GitLab or comparable Git-based version-control platforms, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) preferred.

Ability and willingness to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment.

The salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards, an annual bonus, monthly or quarterly incentives, etc.
The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level, and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
