Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Revenue Intelligence is an individual contributor responsible for executing revenue analytics, reporting, and automation projects that drive sales growth and retention. This hands-on role develops and delivers actionable insights, partnering with sales and enablement teams to optimize processes, reporting, and sales enablement activities. The Senior Manager ensures data-driven decision-making, reduces manual work through business automation and AI-assisted tools, and drives the effective adoption of revenue intelligence best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute revenue analytics and reporting initiatives, maintaining dashboards, reports, forecasting tools, and supporting automations.
  • Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide recommendations to sales leaders.
  • Partner with sales, enablement, and IT to ensure accuracy and usability of revenue intelligence and sales enablement tools and reporting platforms.
  • Lead projects that advance sales enablement, automation, and AI capabilities, managing timelines, deliverables, and project resourcing to drive adoption and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure revenue intelligence informs pipeline management and sales effectiveness.
  • Identify manual, repetitive processes and apply automation and AI to reduce administrative work for sales teams.
  • Train and support sales teams on reporting, enablement, and AI-assisted tools, including data interpretation and best practices.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and actionable reporting to meet business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 + years in analytics, sales enablement, revenue intelligence, or Salesforce operations.
  • 3 + years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including reports, dashboards, and object or field enhancements.
  • 3 + years of experience building dashboards in CRM Analytics or a comparable BI platform.
  • 2 + years of experience designing and deploying workflow automation or low-code solutions that replaced a manual business process.
  • 3 + years of proven project leadership and ability to translate data into clear recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certification for CRM Analytics.
  • Experience applying AI or agentic tools, such as Copilot Studio, to workflows and reporting.
  • Experience with enterprise workflow platforms such as Nintex Workflow Cloud.
  • Healthcare or PBM industry experience.
  • Project management or process improvement certification.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and communication skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree; may consider comparable work experience

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
