Anisa Henry is partnered with a boutique wealth management firm serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients. They are seeking a Director of Operations to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly alongside firm leadership in a highly personalized, client-centric environment, supporting sophisticated investment and wealth management operations. The firm is known for delivering customized wealth management solutions and maintaining exceptionally high standards of service, accuracy, and professionalism. With a collaborative team culture and a select client base, this role offers meaningful exposure across investment operations, portfolio administration, and client reporting.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-touch environment where precision, accountability, and strong communication are essential. Key Responsibilities

• Support investment operations, including trade execution, monitoring, and settlement activities.

• Maintain and oversee data integrity across portfolio management, reporting, CRM, and custodial systems.

• Perform account and portfolio reconciliations to ensure accuracy across transactions, holdings, and cost basis records.

• Assist with account onboarding, maintenance, and ongoing administration.

• Prepare and distribute client reporting and performance-related materials.

• Provide operational support to advisors and leadership on various projects and initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and strengthen operational processes.

• Collaborate across the organization to deliver a seamless and exceptional client experience.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of operations experience within a wealth management, investment advisory, or financial services environment.

• Proven ability to lead and take ownership of operational processes and initiatives.

• Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and client service orientation.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with custodial and investment operations platforms.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and portfolio reporting software.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Exposure to financial planning, investment management, or wealth management concepts.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-touch client service environment.
