Full job description

负责酒吧日常酒水调制与出品，熟练操作各类调酒器具，精准执行经典及创意鸡尾酒配方。
-
根据顾客需求提供专业酒水推荐与品饮建议，提升顾客体验与复购率。
-
参与酒单设计与更新，协助进行酒水库存管理、损耗控制及物料盘点。
-
维护吧台及设备清洁卫生，确保符合食品安全与操作规范要求。
-
配合团队完成营业前准备、营业中协作及营业后收尾工作，保障服务流程顺畅高效。
-
中专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮服务、食品科学等相关专业优先；接受优秀应届毕业生。
-
具备1年以上正规餐饮或酒吧调酒实操经验，持有调酒师职业资格证书（四级/中级及以上）者优先。
-
熟练掌握常见基酒特性、经典鸡尾酒制作工艺及自由调酒技巧，具备基础酒水知识与味觉辨识能力。

具备良好的服务意识与沟通表达能力，能适应夜间及节假日轮班工作安排。

持有有效健康证明，无从业禁止性健康限制。
