Immediate Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

As part of a nationally recognized health system, you'll deliver fast, accessible care to patients in Chicago's vibrant South Suburbs.

Responsibilities

Position Highlights:

  • Provide exceptional immedate/urgent care for minor illnesses, acute conditions, and walk-in patients of all ages in a modern outpatient setting.

  • Perform evaluations, diagnostics, treatments, procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting, minor procedures), and patient education with full scope of practice support.

  • Enjoy flexible scheduling, predictable volume, and a collaborative teamof physicians and staff focused on quality and efficiency.

  • Competitive compensation package including base salary, productivity incentives, comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement), malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (Family or Acute Care) or Physician Assistant.

  • Current Illinois license (or eligibility) and DEA.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Urgent Care, Immediate Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Practice strongly preferred.

  • Passion for patient-centered care and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Transparency

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
