Job Description An RF Design Engineer designs, develops, and optimizes radio frequency systems and components, such as antennas, amplifiers, and transmitters, for wireless communication systems. They analyze system requirements, perform simulations, and ensure compliance with industry standards, often working on complex projects that require collaboration and mentorship.

Your Role with the Company You will work on new technologies and industry trends, investigate the application of new technologies as well as industry trends and collaborate with management to ensure that the end products meet specifications and quality goals. This is a Wireless Hardware Design role on an R&D team. Qualifications The ideal candidate will be able to lead wireless RF full life cycle development with test and manufacturing exposure as well as end of life support.
- 2+ years of related experience in industry or a research capacity.
- RF Design experience or a deep academic understanding is a MUST.
- Expertise in any combination of RF transceiver design including: RF PA, LNA, RF filters and matching, synthesizers, VCO's and mixers.
- Advanced Modeling and Simulation and simulation with FCC certification experience is a PLUS
- Advanced Modeling and Simulation, RF Antenna exposure is a PLUS
