Full job description
Maintenance II Louisville and/or Madrid We are seeking part-time caretakers for Senior Housing. We have an opening for 25 hours per week at Louisville Housing and 15 hours per week at Grasse River Housing in Madrid. Applicant may apply for one or both of these positions. If the roles are combined, this becomes a full-time position. Responsibilities will include general maintenance duties including: Lawn care, snow removal, cleaning, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, painting, and preparing apartments for new tenants. Light to moderate lifting is required, as is daily interaction with residents. Other duties may include apartment inspections, and following up with hired contractors to ensure adequacy of services such as trash removal, exterminating and other work. A valid New York State drivers license is required, as some local travel is required. Salary for these positions starts at $18.35 to $20.19 per hour.
