A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Production Supervisor working 2nd Shift, Weekday nights, Mon. -Thurs.(3:30pm to 2:00am), you will lead a team of hourly manufacturing employees in a safe, climate‑controlled environment focused on producing high‑quality generator components. Your day involves directing shift operations, ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy’s safety and quality standards, monitoring production performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners in Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Materials, and Supply Chain while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence. Your leadership directly influences safety outcomes, product quality, workflow efficiency, employee development, and overall customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • L ead daily production operations to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People objectives.
  • ChampionSiemens Energy’s Zero Harm culture through safetyobservations, incident investigations, and corrective actions.

  • Ensureadherence to manufacturing procedures, engineering requirements, and first‑timequality standards.

  • Monitorproduction schedules, allocate labor, and adjust resources to meetcustomer demand and KPI targets.

  • Coach,develop, and support hourly employees through performance discussions,training, and engagement activities.

  • Drive continuousimprovement using Lean tools, 5S, Root Cause Analysis, andworkflow optimization.

What You Bring

  • Highschool diploma or GED required; additional technical training orcertifications are a plus.

  • 2+years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturingenvironment is preferred; the ability to lead production teams is alsopreferred.

  • Strongability to solve problems and make operational decisions is required; knowledgeof manufacturing processes is highly preferred.

  • Abilityto communicate clearly, collaborate across departments, and resolveconflicts effectively.

  • Experiencewith Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Root CauseAnalysis is preferred.

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office and comfort using digitalproduction systems.
