Job Description
If you enjoy combining hands-on laboratory work with customer interaction, technical problem-solving, and field-based application support, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a direct impact. As a key technical expert for dissolution and diffusion instrumentation, you will support customers, sales teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders while helping advance product adoption, customer success, and future product development.
What you'll do

Serve as the technical subject matter expert for dissolution and diffusion products and applications.

Support customers, distributors, and sales teams with application guidance, troubleshooting, and technical consultations.

Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations, seminars, and technical presentations.

Participate in customer visits, field demonstrations, conferences, and trade shows.

Design, execute, and interpret dissolution and diffusion studies and communicate findings through reports, presentations, and application notes.

Deliver technical training for customers, distributors, sales representatives, and service personnel.

Contribute customer insights and application feedback to support product development initiatives.

Develop, review, and maintain standard operating procedures and technical documentation.

Evaluate competing technologies and provide technical competitive analysis.

Perform laboratory activities including testing, instrument setup, feasibility studies, equipment maintenance, and general laboratory support.
What you need

Strong technical communication and presentation skills for customer-facing engagements - required

Ability to troubleshoot scientific instruments, applications, and workflows - required

Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills - required

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently - required

Experience with drug dissolution or diffusion procedures within the pharmaceutical industry - required

Working knowledge of laboratory instrumentation, including High-Performance Liquid Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, and Ultraviolet-Visible Spectroscopy - required

Sales, sales support, applications, or field-based technical support experience - preferred

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline - required

Salary Range:
$62,800.00-$83,700.000
The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
