Job Description

The Analytical Day 1 Chemist supports clinical testing of pharmaceutical products and contributes to maintaining high-quality laboratory operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clinical testing of pharmaceutical products

  • Gathering, documenting, and reviewing analytical data and test results

  • Ensuring test results comply with established standards and reporting quality anomalies

  • Complying with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements

  • Completing test records and reviewing supporting documentation

  • Calibrating instruments or verifying calibration prior to use

  • Maintaining laboratory supplies and general lab organization

  • Participating in required training activities

  • Interacting with outside customers and internal functional teams

  • Assisting with method qualification and validation as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience, OR;

  • Master's degree in Chemistry with relevant laboratory experience

  • Experience with HPLC, LC-MS, and/or UV-Vis spectroscopy

  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

  • Position is full-time, schedule is 1st Shift, Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
