Are you graduating from a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program and looking for a career where you'll receive mentorship, build meaningful patient relationships, and make a real impact from day one?
Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA is excited to welcome compassionate and motivated new graduate Physical Therapists to our team in Bucks and Montgomery County, PA with a high demand in Lower Bucks County.
Our structured orientation, dedicated clinical support, and experienced PT mentors will help you successfully transition from the classroom to independent practice while providing exceptional one-on-one care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
-
Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility.
-
Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
-
Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
-
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Qualifications:
-
Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.

Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.

New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:
$60.00 - $65.00 per point ($93,600-$101,400 annual earning potential)
