What You'll Do

• Deliver skilled nursing care in a home setting

• Provide compassionate, individualized patient care

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered

• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team

• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate documentation and care records

• Support patients in achieving optimal health outcomes

Required

• Active LPN/LVN license

• 1+ year of nursing experience

• Current BLS/CPR certification

Preferred

• Experience with pediatric or adult homecare

• Experience with trach, ventilator, and/or G-tube patients a plus
