Do you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and keeping complex systems running at their best? We're looking for a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team and help deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests every day.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of the operation, ensuring our attractions, themed experiences, equipment, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards. From troubleshooting ride systems and audio-visual equipment to performing preventative maintenance and supporting exhibit installations, no two days are ever the same.

The ideal candidate will have availability to work weekdays and weekends including holidays and a schedule that may vary.

What You'll Do

As a Technician, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, seamless, and memorable guest experience by:

  • Performing planned and reactive maintenance across the attraction.

  • Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining rides, themed attractions, machinery, and building systems.

  • Maintaining electrical, electronic, HVAC, plumbing, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

  • Supporting audio-visual systems, lighting, projection equipment, and technical exhibits.

  • Completing preventative maintenance programs to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.

  • Installing and repairing lighting fixtures, control devices, doors, data cabling, and computer outlets.

  • Assisting with exhibit installations, setup, takedown, shipping, and receiving activities.

  • Completing painting, wall repairs, furniture assembly, and general facility maintenance.

  • Monitoring building systems and identifying safety concerns before they become issues.

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA and company safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience , or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical or themed service environment preferred.

  • Experience with animation, automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical/electronics, networking systems, or similar technical disciplines is highly desirable.

  • Professional qualifications in a mechanical or electrical field are an asset.

  • Experience maintaining rides, attractions, or complex equipment is a plus.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is technically skilled, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Preferred experience includes:

  • Preventative and reactive maintenance in a technical, themed entertainment, attraction, hospitality, or service environment.

  • Working with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems.

  • Audio-visual equipment, DMX lighting, electronics, and show control systems.

  • Data networking, Ethernet cabling, and low-voltage systems.

  • Pumps, motors, actuators, sensors, and automation equipment.

  • PC hardware and software troubleshooting.

You'll be successful if you:
