By Landmark is a leader in the hospitality industry, that owns and operates unique and iconic venues such as the Logan Inn in Pennsylvania Liberty House, Stone House, the Ryland Inn, and Crave Events in New Jersey as well as Hotel Du Village and . This diversified hospitality company that specializes in upscale restaurants, event spaces, and boutique hotels is growing and has exciting opportunities available for the right individuals.
By Landmark is currently looking for Restaurant Managers for our Northern New Hope, PA location. If you have restaurant manager experience and want the opportunity to build your career with a growing company, please apply!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain SOP concerning sales and expenses
- Lead by example and create an environment where all our team of memorymakers flourish and grow
- Ensure new team members are properly onboarded, recruit, Hire and trained
- Involvement in beverage purchasing to ensure we meet our budget goals
- Oversee overall staffing to ensure we meet our payroll goals
- Oversee and maintain all company policies
- Floor presence during shift
