Full job description
Staffing Alternatives is looking for Bilingual (Spanish/English) staff for a location in Hopedale. Job Description: ~ Supervise temporary associates during shifts, ensuring compliance with GMPs and PPE ~ Participate in trainings and team meetings ~ Conduct daily safety observations and production walk-throughs ~ Maintain clear and consistent communication with client management ~ Process payroll and manage paid sick leave ~ Deliver exceptional customer service to associates and client leadership Skill Required: ~ Background as a warehouse lead or supervisor ~ Bilingual (English-Spanish) a must! ~ Strong customer service background ~ Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and multitask ~ Prior staffing or onsite coordination experience is a plus ~ Comfortable with walking throughout the shift ~ Willingness to work extra hours, if needed ~ Reliable transportation
