Additional responsibilities include managing supplies, overseeing meal schedules, and effectively interacting with donors and volunteers.Position may from time to time be stressful and require a high demand of performance.May perform other duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Prepares daily activity report - Completes initial participant intake paperwork - Conducts hourly rounds ensuring safety of participants, security of facility, and corresponding documentation - Submits listing of items for procurement as needed - Ensures sanitation of facility - Sets up and monitors daily meals - Completes check-out process with participants ensuring program equipment, tools, and check-out paperwork are returned - May drive agency or personal vehicle on company business The above statement reflects the general duties considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job as identified and shall not be considered a detailed description of all work requirements that may be inherent in the job.
