Shift: 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $23-25/hr

What’s a typical day as Production Materials Coordinator? You’ll be:

  • Ensuring production has the right materials, in the right quantities, at the right time to keep operations moving.

  • Continuously monitoring production requirements and proactively staging and delivering materials when needed.

  • Managing multiple production material requirements simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Prioritizing work based on production schedules, material availability, and changing operational needs.

  • Identifying and resolving material shortages, discrepancies, delays, and other issues swiftly.

  • Coordinating closely with Production, Warehouse, Engineering, Quality, and other departments.

  • Utilizing SAP, Smartsheet, Excel, scanners, and other systems to track material requirements and movement.

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, supporting both production and warehouse operations.

  • Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to assist with physical material movement and operational needs.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing or warehouse environment (must-have).

  • Are highly driven, self-motivated, and proactive; able to stay continuously engaged throughout the workday.

  • Possess excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately process part numbers, quantities, work orders, BOMs, and inventory information.

  • Can work effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm, patient, and professional attitude.

  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with various departments.

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and initiative to resolve material issues before they impact production.

  • Are proficient with computers and can quickly learn and navigate SAP, Excel, Smartsheet, and warehouse management systems.

  • Are physically capable of moving, staging, organizing, and delivering materials throughout the facility, including frequent walking, standing, bending, and maneuvering.

  • Hold a positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

  • (Preferred) Experience operating forklifts or other material-handling equipment.
