Full job description

Our client is seeking a dedicated and empathetic professional to join their team. As a Consumer Engagement & Service Delivery specialist, you will be an integral part of the Customer Support Department, supporting various consumer interactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset, aligning successfully with the organization's commitment to quality service and inclusivity.

Job Title: Consumer Engagement & Service Delivery

Location: Fremont, MI

Shift - 2nd shift -10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Pay rate - $16.50/hr on W2

What's the Job?

  • Handle primarily phone-based consumer interactions with flexibility to support ratings/reviews and other channels

  • Resolve standard consumer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy

  • Execute eCommerce transactions and support promotional initiatives

  • Provide product guidance using approved resources

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Active listening and empathy skills

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic computer and system proficiency

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment
