About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for Client Accountant roles within the Commercial Real Estate industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter with strong sourcing and screening experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple openings at once.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for Client Accountant positions

• Partner closely with hiring managers and lead recruiters throughout the hiring process

• Conduct intensive candidate outreach using LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean search strategies

• Review resumes and manage candidate activity within Workday

• Support interview coordination and scheduling as needed

• Track and report weekly recruiting metrics, including screens completed, outreach activity, and response rates

• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and candidates throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience

• Experience sourcing for accounting-related roles, ideally Client Accountant positions

• Prior recruiting experience within Commercial Real Estate strongly preferred

• Strong experience with sourcing, screening, and Boolean searching

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload

• Familiarity with hiring practices, recruiting processes, and employment-related policies

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
