Advanced Practice Provider George C. Grape Community Hospital & Medical Clinics is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing, patient-centered healthcare team. Practice in our convenient Care Now Walk-In Clinic

Flexible, family practice-style setting with a diverse patient population

Collaborative and experienced multidisciplinary care team

Opportunity to provide care across three clinic locations in Southwest Iowa

Rotating Emergency Department call coverage

Supportive leadership and strong community involvement

Qualifications:

Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Current certification through a nationally recognized certifying organization

Eligible for Iowa licensure and DEA registration

Strong clinical, communication, and patient relationship skills
-Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care in a rural healthcare setting
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and healthcare team members
