Full job description
Kelly, in partnership with a rapidly growing manufacturing company, is looking for two Plating Technicians in Attleboro, MA.
These are direct hire positions, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire!

Details:

1 st shift openings! Start between 6:00 am and 8:00 am and work your 8 hours.

Pay: $25 - $33 based on experience
Description:
Responsible for operating and monitoring rack and/or barrel electroplating processes to meet customer specifications and quality standards. Identifies plating defects, troubleshoots basic process issues, completes documentation, and follows all safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate rack and barrel plating processes.

Monitor current, voltage, time, temperature, and solution conditions.

Calculate plating current and processing times.
-
Read and follow work instructions, drawings, routers, and specifications.

Inspect parts and identify defects or abnormal conditions.

Troubleshoot basic process issues and escalate complex problems.

Complete production and process documentation.

Safely handle customer parts, chemicals, and precious metals.

Maintain equipment and work areas.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Prior hands-on electroplating experience.

Knowledge of electroplating principles and process controls.

Basic math and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read technical instructions and communicate effectively in English.
