Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

The Account Manager serves as the primary customer contact and coordinates customer requirements throughout the full order lifecycle, from initial inquiry and quotation through production, delivery, invoicing, and payment. This role manages multiple concurrent customer projects and priorities, working cross-functionally to maintain clear communication, identify risks, resolve issues, and deliver a consistently strong customer experience. Success requires exceptional organization, follow-through, sound judgment, and the ability to coordinate complex work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong customer communication, project coordination, prioritization, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

What you’ll do as an Account Manager:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts

  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience from the moment of inquiry through final delivery and collection of payment

  • Coordinate multiple, concurrent customer projects from initial inquiry through production, delivery, and payment, maintaining clear priorities, timelines, action items, and communication across internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Build strong customer relationships and trust to retain existing business and identify opportunities for account growth

  • Identify, communicate, and proactively manage risks related to customer requirements, pricing, materials, production schedules, quality, and delivery commitments.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer by communicating in a timely, effective, and positive manner, ensuring customer needs are met while continuously improving the customer experience

  • Collaborate effectively and in a timely manner with internal departments, including Supply Chain, Master Scheduling, Production, and Warehouse, to fulfill customer requirements.

  • Coordinate customer-requested changes, ensuring requirements, commercial implications, timing, approvals, and internal actions are clearly documented and communicated.

  • Attend customer and production meetings, documenting requirements, action items, risks, and next steps

  • Ensure the quotation process is followed and quotations are delivered within established turnaround times and customer expectations

We’re looking for an Account Manager with:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred

  • 5 to 7 years of successful experience in an externally facing account-management, customer-service, or similar role within a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Business-to-business experience is preferred

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple projects, customer orders, or workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Formal project-management experience is not required

  • Experience with quotation processes, pricing tools, and cost calculations

  • Experience working with international customers or cross-border teams is preferred

This position reports to the Vice President, NA Business Development – Card & Board Games.

Knowledge & Skills required:

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer initiatives, competing priorities, dependencies, and deadlines simultaneously

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in English

  • Strong presentation and communication skills with both internal and external audiences

  • Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills

  • Self-motivated with a drive for success

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to create PivotTables and use lookup functions, along with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated commitment to the company’s values and to delivering an excellent customer experience

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred

Physical requirements and working conditions:

The manufacturing facility comprises both enclosed office space and active manufacturing areas. This position requires the ability to:

  • Move throughout the facility to address issues, support customer requirements, and attend meetings

  • Perform sedentary work involving prolonged use of computers and related systems

  • The role generally operates during standard business hours. However, depending on customer locations and business demands, flexibility may be required to address customer inquiries outside regular business hours

  • Domestic travel up to 25%
