◆ 鉄板焼き 北野 （オールカウンター席/対面調理）

厳選された神戸牛や地元の食材を、お客様の目の前でダイナミックに調理。

●カウンターでの調理・接客を中心とした調理業務

●仕込み、清掃、食器洗浄

●食材の在庫管理・発注、厨房の衛生管理など

◆ カジュアルダイニング ザ・テラス （洋食・多国籍）

開放的な空間で、地元の旬食材を活かした国際色豊かな料理を提供。

●シェフの指示のもと、料理の下処理・仕込み・調理

●オープンキッチンにてゲスト前での調理・接客

●調理場の片付け、準備

●食材の在庫管理、発注業務、厨房の衛生状態の維持など

◆ 宴会調理 （大規模調理）

大中小23の会場で提供される、多彩なパーティー・会議料理を担当。

●シェフの指示のもと、宴会料理の下準備・仕込み

●各食材の運び入れ、整理

●他セクションと連携し、盛り付けや料理提供のサポートなど
