Qualifications

? Previous guest services experience preferred

? Demonstrates excellent customer service skills

? Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

? Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $19.30 to $19.30. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet all guests upon their arrival in the Badger Pass

• Assist guests with selecting the type, size, and use of the various equipment for proper fit

• Responsible for becoming familiar with cross-country skiing and all rental equipment available at the Cross-Country Ski Center

• Provide accurate information to guests regarding equipment and trails

• Communicate Cross-country ski programs to all guests

• Monitor the tubing area for safety and rule compliance

• Shovel snow and other physical work as needed

• Other duties as assigned
