Job Title : Wawa Fuel Internship Program (Summer 2027)
Duration : Full Time, May 17, 2027 – August 05, 2027
Location : Media, PA (Onsite 4 days per week)
Rate : $18/hr
Wawa Internship Program Overview
The Wawa Internship Program offers students hands-on experience in a collaborative corporate environment, where they work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful business projects, and build skills that support their academic and professional growth. Throughout the summer, interns participate in professional development and networking opportunities with fellow interns and company leaders. The program culminates in a capstone presentation, where interns showcase key projects, accomplishments, and the impact of their contributions.
We are currently seeking three interns to join our Fuel team for Summer 2027.
What You'll Do
As a Fuel Operations Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting Wawa's Fuel teams. Depending on business needs and team assignments, you may have the opportunity to:

Analyze fuel, logistics, and business performance data to support profitability and operational decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business solutions, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives.

Assist with reporting, data validation, process documentation, and system enhancement projects.
-
Support EV charging, new fuel business, and retail fuel initiatives that enhance customer experience and business performance.

Build dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide insights and support key business decisions.

Contribute to project implementation, testing, and continuous improvement efforts across fuel and energy operations.

Basic Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.

Expected graduation date between Spring 2028 and Spring 2030.

Ability to work onsite at Wawa Corporate Headquarters in Media, PA, four days per week throughout the internship program.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Previous internship, project, or leadership experience is preferred.
