Learn the basics the right way, show up every day, and you'll have a real path to Inspection Tech, General Service Tech and beyond. ## Who We Are Auto Surgeon is part of the 517 Auto Care family in Greater Lansing. We're a structured shop with a steady car count and a technical team that holds a high standard. The path from this role into General Service and beyond is real, and it's earned on performance. ## What You'll Do - Oil changes, tire services, rotations and fluid services, done to spec every time - Digital vehicle inspections in Tekmetric, accurate and complete - Help technicians on bigger jobs and learn as you go - Keep your bay clean and organized all day - Follow the shop's standard steps on every vehicle, even the hundredth one ## What We're Looking For - On time, every scheduled day - You take direction well and ask when you're unsure instead of guessing - You take pride in doing routine work right - You treat every customer's vehicle with care ## Pay and Perks - Hourly pay - Paid time off - 401(k) with company match - Uniform, boot and tool programs - A clear path to Inspection Tech, General Service Tech and beyond, based on your performance ## You'll Do Well Here If You want a career, not just a job, and you're willing to earn the next step by doing this one well.
