Job Description

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Possibility for advancement in pay with commission

Job description:

Join our multidisciplinary practice, including physical therapy, chiropractic and naturopathic medicine. Our focus relies heavily on soft tissue mobilization, functional exam driven exercise and joint/extremity mobilization.

As a dedicated Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in restoring mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing the quality of life for diverse patient populations.

Opportunity for Commission

Low Volume Patient Load 1/2 hour to 1 hour patient visits

Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine physical limitations and develop tailored treatment plans that align with medical goals.

  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and home care strategies to support ongoing recovery.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions, progress notes, and care plans using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

  • Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment approaches based on physiology knowledge, anatomy understanding, and clinical response.

Requirements:

  • Valid licensure or certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction.

  • Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.

  • Experience with discharge planning processes and developing comprehensive care plans for diverse patient populations.

  • Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient management.

  • Excellent communication skills to educate patients about their treatment options and recovery strategies.
