Responsibilities and Duties

Support individuals in maintaining their independence through one-on-one care
Teaching adaptive skills
Support wellness activities
Facilitate community participation
Prepare meals and snacks
Light housekeeping
Companionship
Update team leads and case mangers

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience – homecare, direct care position, working w/ individuals w/ disabilities, mental illness, traumatic brain injuries, etc– A Plus!
A passion to help others
Superior interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills
Unwavering patience
Willing to travel
Valid MN Driver License and an Insured Driver
Comfortable with background screening and DHS fingerprint process
