Position Summary The Owner’s Architectural Project Manager serves as the owner's lead representative for architectural planning, design execution, and consultant management across a portfolio of capital projects. The role is responsible for directing external architectural and engineering teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives, corporate design standards, operational requirements, budgets, schedules, and quality expectations. - Manage multiple concurrent projects ranging from planning and programming through construction and closeout.
- Direct and oversee external architects, engineers, commissioning agents, and specialty consultants.
- Lead design reviews and ensure alignment with operational requirements and strategic goals.
- Hold consultants accountable for deliverables, milestones, quality standards, and contract commitments.
- Coordinate decisions among internal stakeholders, design professionals, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction.
- Review design documents for completeness, constructability, cost impacts, and operational functionality.
- Oversee project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and consultant expenditures.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide executive-level reporting on project performance, risks, schedule status, and financial health.
Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect preferred.
- 10-15+ years of architectural project leadership experience.

- Expertise in consultant management and design quality control.
- Experience delivering complex commercial, hospitality, retail, mixed-use, healthcare, or corporate projects.
- Strong understanding of permitting, code compliance, and project delivery processes.
Pay This is a salaried position starting at $94,000.00(or applicable minimum salary, if higher) and pays up to $129,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
