Role Purpose
Lead the design, governance, transformation, operational execution, and communication of global reward programs so they support business strategy, operate with strong controls, meet applicable requirements, and are understood and implemented consistently across the organization. Build simpler, standardized, and scalable enterprise solutions by redesigning end-to-end processes and responsibly applying digital capabilities, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to improve decision quality, efficiency, and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead the design and evolution of global programs — including salary planning and short- and long-term incentives — translating Total Rewards strategy into clear program architecture, governance and implementation plans.
-
Maintain global governance, including decision rights, controls, approvals, exceptions, documentation and audit readiness; interpret requirements with Legal, Compliance, Tax, Finance and regional Total Rewards teams.
-
Lead annual compensation cycle planning, execution, and ongoing operations, ensuring accurate, timely and controlled outcomes.
-
Own the multiyear compensation transformation roadmap, simplifying end-to-end workflows, standardizing enterprise practices and building scalable digital solutions.
-
Prioritize automation and AI-enabled workflow opportunities across compensation program delivery, including data validation, scenario execution, employee and manager guidance, and process improvement.
-
Reimagines processes rather than automating complexity; uses technology, automation and AI-enabled workflows to create simpler, standardized and scalable solutions
-
Partner with the Market Intelligence & Analytics team to define program data requirements and apply its benchmarking, analytics and insights to program design, execution and evaluation.
-
Lead communication and change strategies for reward programs and transformation initiatives, including toolkits, employee communications, training and HR guidance.
-
Lead and develop the team, building capability in compensation, process excellence, digital fluency and responsible AI.
-
Partner with senior HR, Finance and business leaders on major compensation, process, technology and investment decisions.
Experiences/Education - Required
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field, or equivalent experience
-
10+ years of progressive compensation or Total Rewards experience, including global program design and operational leadership
-
Experience leading complex enterprise compensation cycles or programs across multiple geographies and stakeholder groups
-
Experience leading end-to-end process transformation, including redesign, technology enablement, operating model change, adoption and benefits realization
-
5+ years of people leadership experience, including experienced professionals and/or managers
-
Deep knowledge of reward program design, governance, market practice, controls, data requirements and implementation
-
Experience influencing senior leaders on decisions with significant financial, employee, organizational or technology implications
Experiences/Education - Desired
-
Master's degree or recognized compensation qualification (e.g., CCP, GRP)
-
Experience with global HR technology, compensation platforms, data-enabled workflow and reporting tools, and large-scale change
-
Experience evaluating or implementing AI or intelligent automation in HR, compensation or another controlled business process
-
Familiarity with responsible AI, data governance, privacy, information security and controls
-
Experience in a large, matrixed multinational organization
