Full job description
About Ande
Ande makes Corporate Entertainment Effortless. Marketing, sales, EAs and workplace teams use Ande’s AI to book client dinners, sports suites, catering, merch and more. Policies, spend and logistics are managed in one place, with one vendor. Over 60 enterprises run their entertainment on Ande, with $400 million+ in annual entertainment spend flowing through a network of 93,000 entertainment providers across 90+ cities. Ande has raised $52 million+ in seed and Series A funding from Lightspeed Venture Partners, Redpoint Ventures, Duration Ventures and Sierra Ventures, with participation from Bain Capital Ventures.
We're hiring our first Product Marketing Lead to own how Ande's products are launched, adopted and used. You'll report to the VP of Marketing. Ande ships fast, across two product suites for two very different audiences:
-
Enterprise: an AI-native operating system for corporate entertainment where users can book dining, catering, sports, merch and experiences and manage the event end to end (including payment).
-
Hospitality and vendors: AI agents that capture and convert corporate demand for restaurants and entertainment partners.
This role owns two main motions:
-
New product launches and market education on the product, ie. evangelizing the depth and breath of what you can do on Ande for both enterprises and vendors.
-
What happens after signup: getting users to discover, adopt and keep booking through Ande.
Expect to prioritize ruthlessly and shape how the product marketing team grows from here. What you'll do Launch products, end to end
-
Own positioning, messaging and go-to-market for new products and features across the enterprise and hospitality suites.
-
Plan launches across internal and external channels: in-product prompts, post-sales outreach, earned and owned media, newsletters and guest spots on partner platforms.
-
Use beta and advisory board programs to launch with case studies, testimonials and customer voices already in hand.
Drive in-product adoption and usage growth
-
Own the product experience after customer acquisition.
-
Own the post-signup journey: activation, first booking, repeat usage and expansion to new teams inside existing accounts, working closely with the CSM team.
-
Own onboarding and education sequences for newly activated users, plus the in-product announcements and notifications that move users beyond email newsletters.
-
Map the personas already in our customer base (field marketers, EAs, workplace experience, sales) and work with product to bring each the features that matter to them.
-
Run timely, revenue-driving pushes around seasonal moments such as major sporting events, live events and holiday gifting.
-
Run usage promos, campaigns and pilots for existing customers, working with the email channel owner to ship them, then measure and iterate.
Enable sales, customer success and the services team
-
Give GTM and post-sales teams what they need at every stage: demos, one-pagers, objection handling, case studies and persona-mapped email templates.
-
Run regular enablement on new features and on our growing partner catalog across ticketing, catering and gifting.
Educate the market and be the face of what's new
-
Be the on-camera face and voice of product updates on social media and through podcast-style videos, demo videos, sizzle reels and educational webinars.
-
Turn platform data into stories and content, like annual recaps for customers and partners.
-
Explain a category that overlaps many tools but is done end to end by no one, to marketers, EAs, workplace teams, procurement and finance.
What we're looking for
-
7+ years in B2B product marketing, ideally including building the function from scratch at an early-stage company.
-
Experience marketing to business buyers such as marketers, operations or finance, not only to developers or IT.
-
A track record in full-funnel and bottom-of-funnel work: adoption, self-serve education, retention and expansion, not just messaging.
-
Comfort on camera and in front of an audience. You'll host videos and webinars, not only script them, and you're a strong written and spoken communicator.
-
An analytical approach: you define funnel metrics, read the data and change course based on it.
-
Hands-on sales and customer success enablement experience.
-
Judgment to prioritize hard when every team wants something, and the drive to execute what you recommend.
-
Fluency with AI tools in your own workflow, from content production to documentation.
Bonus points
-
Product-led growth or in-app lifecycle marketing experience.
-
Experience with two-sided marketplaces, or marketing to both enterprise buyers and SMB operators.
-
Background in events, field marketing, hospitality, travel or spend management.
-
You've run a customer advisory board, beta program or product roadmapping workshops.
-
A finance or analytics background.
-
You're the person your team asks to find the dinner spot.
