Full job description

Cambio is a software platform that drives world-class real estate decarbonization. We help commercial real estate owners and tenants bring their real estate portfolios to net-zero using a machine learning-driven, end-to-end real estate sustainability platform. Our mission is to take the real estate industry into the climate action era. We’re looking for a Sr. SDR to support our growing go-to-market team through outbound sales execution, marketing enablement, and CRM operations. This role blends sales development, HubSpot Ops ownership to ensure our top-of-funnel engine runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play a key part in building pipeline and improving processes. This is a great opportunity for someone that's been an enterprise SDR for 2-3 years and looking to move into a more operational role supporting large sales engines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategic outbound campaigns via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach while maintaining an organized pipeline and consistently hitting monthly meeting/opportunity targets

  • Ensure high-quality lead qualification and smooth handoffs to Growth Leads

  • Own top-of-funnel follow-up and ensure continuous outbound momentum

  • Replenish pipeline through conference lists, lead uploads, and targeted research

  • Serve as our HubSpot administrator, maintaining clean and accurate data

  • Build and optimize workflows, sequences, and sales automation

  • Create dashboards and reports to track pipeline health and team performance

  • Train team members on HubSpot best practices and support ad-hoc CRM needs

  • Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies

  • Support conference-related spikes in lead volume

  • Create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other channels

  • Track engagement and adjust content strategy based on performance

  • Support creative campaigns, product announcements, and customer stories

  • Monitor / post to social channels, respond to inbound engagement

Logistics:

  • Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the United States.

  • Location: Must be based in San Francisco or New York City/ We are a hybrid team with a 2-3 days in office policy.

  • Compensation: This role is currently set at a salary range of ~$100,000-$110,000 OTE plus equity.
