Our fast paced Medical/Surgical Unit at Porter Medical Center is welcoming nurses who are passionate about exceptional patient care and eager to expand their clinical experience.

🩺 Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Current RN or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont

BLS required; ACLS required for specific departments

At least 1 year of hospital RN experience

We currently have full-time night and day shift Registered Nurse roles on our vibrant Med/Surg Unit, perfect for nurses who thrive in a dynamic hospital setting and want to broaden their expertise while making a meaningful impact in our community.
On-call: Not required.

$7,500 sign on bonus for full-time external applicants, prorated for part time roles. Additional terms and conditions apply.

$5/hour Night Shift Differential

$2/hour Weekend Differential
Requirements:

Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.

Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
