\n Key Responsibilities</span></b></span> \n

• Elicits and analyzes IT requirements to determine customer needs.</span></span></span> \n

\n </span></li>\n

• Interfaces with IT professionals to produce, store, communicate, and disseminate information as it relates to software applications and computer hardware. </span></span> \n

\n </span></li>\n

• Serves as a liaison between customers and implementation organizations. </span></span> \n

\n </span></li>\n

• Directly contributes to IT program/project efforts (e.g., validating, tracking, eliciting, and documenting requirements). </span></span> \n

\n </span></li>\n

• Reports on technical progress, identifies resolution for problem areas, and writes and reviews technical documentation.</span></span>\n

\n The Level 2 Requirements Analyst shall possess the following capabilities</span></b></span> \n

\n </span>\n </div>\n

\n

• Elicit requirements from customers.</span> \n

\n </span></span></span></span></li>\n

• Record requirements that may be documented in various forms (i.e., Remedy, SM 7, and Templates).</span> \n

\n </span></span></span></li>\n

• Create and deliver statistical data.</span> \n

\n </span></span></span></li>\n

• Write and collect requirement procedures.</span> \n

\n </span></span></span></li>\n

• Review requirements and determine if requirements are clear, complete, consistent, and advise with resolving any conflicts.</span> \n

\n </span></span></span></li>\n

• Prepare requirement status reviews and other formal reviews.</span> \n

\n </span></span></span></li>\n

• Review and provide recommendations for appropriate provisioning of requirements.</span> \n

\n </span></span></span></li>\n

• Verify compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements, to avoid misrouted requirements.</span> \n

\n </span></span></span></li>\n

• Communicate issues and identify solutions.</span> \n

\n </span></span></span></li>\n

• Verify that requirements strategies are addressed.</span></span></span>\n

• Requires two (2) years of relevant experience in requirement gathering or of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government or Intelligence Community, and a Bachelor\x27s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.</span> \n

• Five (5) additional years of relevant experience may be may be substituted for a Bachelor\x27s degree.</span></span></span> \n
