Sr. Systems Analyst
Work Mode: Onsite
**Location: ** Onsite, four days per week – Kohler, WI
Opportunity
The Senior Systems Analyst is a global technical lead for the CAD, PDM, PLM, and related engineering platforms that support product development across Kohler Co. The role sustains and improves system capability, performance, integration, data integrity, standards, and global adoption while partnering with Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, and IT.
Specific Responsibilities

Serve as technical lead and subject matter expert for Creo, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Windchill, and related engineering applications.

Configure, maintain, test, deploy, and continuously improve CAD and PDM/PLM platforms, integrations, user environments, standards, templates, and workflows.

Develop system requirements, technical specifications, automation, scripts, reporting, and repeatable deployment and support processes.

Plan and execute release testing, upgrades, rollouts, validation, documentation, and user communications.

Provide advanced technical support and escalation leadership; troubleshoot complex issues and address root causes.

Mentor users support complex modeling needs, lead training, and coordinate a global super-user community.

Govern engineering-system policies, procedures, configuration practices, drawing standards, and lifecycle data processes.

Monitor software licensing, utilization, performance, and service trends to identify investment and optimization opportunities.

Lead improvement initiatives that increase productivity, strengthen data quality, reduce process variation, and improve user experience.

Partner with Corporate IT, business teams, vendors, consultants, Purchasing, and Legal to deliver secure, reliable, and supportable solutions.

Manage multiple projects and priorities, maintain clear documentation, and follow through on commitments and action items.

Represent Kohler, as appropriate, in technical committees, vendor forums, conferences, and industry events.
Skills/Requirements
Required:
-
Associate degree in engineering, computer-aided design, information systems, computer science, or related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
-
At least two years of relevant experience supporting CAD, PDM, PLM, engineering applications, or product development systems.

Demonstrated experience with Creo or another enterprise CAD platform, including advanced modeling or system support.

Working knowledge of product development processes, engineering data, networked systems, and software deployment concepts.

Strong technical problem-solving, documentation, communication, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred:
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, or related discipline.

Enterprise experience with Creo and Windchill and working knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Siemens NX.
-
Experience with scripting, automation, reporting, license management, integrations, system upgrades, global rollouts, or user training.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
