Tali Healthcare is seeking a strong, experienced Regional Nurse to help lead clinical operations across six Massachusetts facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a nursing leader who is ready to step beyond one facility and make a meaningful impact across an entire region.

The Role

As Regional Nurse, you will serve as a key clinical leader across the organization. You’ll work closely with facility leadership to strengthen nursing teams, improve outcomes, and maintain consistently high standards of care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and oversee clinical operations across six facilities

  • Partner with DONs to improve nursing performance and accountability

  • Review clinical outcomes and implement strategies for improvement

  • Coach, mentor, and develop nursing leadership teams

  • Support survey readiness and regulatory compliance

  • Identify challenges and implement effective solutions

  • Provide regular on-site leadership and clinical support at each facility

Qualifications

  • Active Massachusetts RN license

  • 5+ years as a Director of Nursing (DON) OR 1+ year as a Regional Nurse

  • Demonstrated success improving clinical outcomes

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities

  • Excellent staff development and team-building skills

  • Willingness to travel regularly between all six facilities

  • Hands-on, results-driven approach to clinical leadership
