B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Substation Superintendent (Traveling) to join our Instrumentation & Electrical division in Vernal, UT. We are looking for the best candidates for our team and are offering a competitive wage of $45 to $55 per hour (Depending on Experience) . This position typically requires 50–60 hours a week and includes an extensive compensation package including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SUBSTATION SUPERINTENDENT

• Journeyman electrician / Journeyman Lineman.

• Strong industrial substation knowledge and experience is required.

• 3-5 Years managing substation projects with a crew of 4-10.

• This position requires permanent travel to the project site.

• Must conduct all jobs in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Substation Superintendent at B.H. Inc., you will report directly to the Industry-specific Project Manager or Construction Manager and provide a full range of operational oversight. While your primary focus is management, you will also work with tools alongside your crews in the field when necessary. Your role involves mentoring team members, participating in efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensuring personal job mastery across the site.
