They thrive in highly ambiguous, high-impact environments, possessing a unique ability to translate complex, multi-domain operational concepts into actionable Program Objective Memorandum (POM) inputs, robust strategy documents, and authoritative executive briefings that drive strategic national security decisions. Key Skills and Abilities: Expert knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of command level plans and programs for conducting major operations such as Orbital Warfare (OW), Offensive Space Operations (OSO), Defensive Space Operations (DSO), Space Superiority Operations, Space and Electronic Warfare (SEW), Space Domain Awareness (SDA), Space Command and Control (C2), Combined Joint All Domain Command and Control (CJADC2), Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3), Battlespace Awareness (BA), Environmental Monitoring (EM), Space Based Environmental Monitoring (SBEM), Nuclear Detonation (NUDET), Missile Warning/Missile Tracking (MW/MT), Satellite Communications (SATCOM), Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT), strategic and tactical intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR), Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), acquisition, special operations, or similar operations. In depth knowledge of the application of military space operations as applicable to COCOM objectives, operational outcomes, plans and programs as applicable. Skill in designing, conducting or managing comprehensive studies and evaluating solutions to especially broad, important, and severe military operational and contingency areas.
