Operations Specialist

Responsibilities for an Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Review abandoned accounts and perform transaction processing, reconciliation, and exception resolution related to reinstatements, distributions, and escheatment activities.

• Research and resolve moderately complex operational issues, discrepancies, client claims, and transaction exceptions while adhering to established procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct due diligence outreach, respond to client inquiries, validate client responses, and support account reactivation and claim requests.

• Identify operational risks and process improvement opportunities by evaluating regulatory requirements, generating reports, and collaborating with business partners and support teams.

Candidates for Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience processing transactions, records, requests, or documentation in an operations, financial services, regulatory, or related environment.

• Experience researching and resolving moderately complex operational issues, exceptions, discrepancies, or client requests while following established procedures.

• Ability to review information, apply judgment, and make decisions impacting client accounts, transactions, and operational outcomes.

• Experience managing multiple priorities, meeting quality and accuracy standards, and working effectively in a high-volume environment.

• Strong communication skills with experience collaborating with clients, internal teams, and business partners to resolve issues and provide updates.

• Ability to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

• Pay: $21.01 per hour

• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Assignment Length: 6 Months

• Location: Hybrid in Pennington, NJ (100% on-site during training; hybrid schedule of at least 3 days on-site per week once fully trained)

Pay Details: $21.01 per hour
