Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Territory Account Manager (Dallas Fort-Worth Metro Area) .

What you will do:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts within an assigned territory by developing strong relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering solutions that support long-term success.

  • Drive revenue growth by uncovering new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, and promoting products, services, and value-added solutions that improve customer operations.

  • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and business reviews to understand goals, address challenges, and ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the account lifecycle.

  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, generate and progress opportunities, prepare proposals and quotations, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and develop territory strategies that increase market share and customer retention.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • 3-5 years of account management, territory sales, or related industry experience.

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Skills, Experience, & Abilities:

  • Experience managing customer accounts, developing territory growth plans, and achieving sales or revenue targets.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (such as Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual collaboration tools.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify customer needs, evaluate opportunities, and develop effective account strategies.

  • Business acumen and experience preparing sales proposals, quotations, and customer presentations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed to support customer and business objectives.

Compensation:

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $95,500-$119,400 USD , with eligibility for additional compensation through a performance-based incentive plan. Individual compensation is based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
