Our Community Liaison helps our community “live assured” by nurturing relationships with our community partners & ensuring the location has a positive brand image through awareness and marketing efforts. They work with the local team to use these connections to get new clients via community referrals. Our “live assured” promise is driven our core pillars of the Griswold experience and baked into our job responsibilities. Trusted Relationships: Our commitment to honesty and transparency assures the connections we build stay strong. * Builds relationships with community partners and referral sources, including but not limited to professional referral sources, adult children decision makers and potential clients. * Attending and coordinating monthly, various private and community-based programs/events throughout the year to bring awareness to Griswold. * Grow and maintain accurate list of referral partners, including proper tagging and contacts in scheduling system. Care is Personal: Our work is about people, and we support their unique needs with respect, empathy and dedicated attention. * Participate in a positive, individualized onboarding experience for clients through direct follow-up with them and the referral source. * Create and implement personalized communication cadence with referral sourcing including follow-up on current clients, events, visit schedules and other communication methods that aide in growing and maintaining the relationship * Follow-up with referral partners for feedback on ways we can improve our support to them and the clients they refer. Foundation of Expertise: Our collective wisdom benefits the people we serve, and our strong Griswold community ensures we will continue to learn and grow. * Participates in on-call duties on a rotating basis and as needed by the office. * Works closely with the Talent Care Specialist and Community Liaisons to create a successful, supportive and on-going experience to our referral partners, clients and caregivers. * Act as our local expert in marketing through comprehensive, innovate approaches to community awareness and relationship building and monitoring market trends and community activities and customers’ needs. Our Community Liaisons all have the below skills or qualities: * Associate degree in Marketing or related field is preferred but not required. * Previous experience in the home care industry, human services, or an analogous field required (or a strong desire to help others). * Ability to pass all hiring criteria as defined by Griswold standards and/or state regulations, along with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and valid car insurance. * Must be able to lift 40 pounds and alternate from stationary to traverse positions often and for extended periods of time. * Confident in all communication skills (written and verbal) in representing Griswold. * Culture ambassador who embodies with ambition to grow with the company. * Weekend and/or evening hours may be required for special events.
