Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Lead responsible product portfolio execution across Respiratory, Lymphedema, and Digital Health, including lifecycle management, portfolio health reviews, prioritization, and routine tradeoff decisions.

  • Manage, coach, and develop product managers while building capability in commercial orientation, data fluency, launch planning, lifecycle management, and cross-functional influence.

  • Oversee commercialization planning and launch readiness, ensuring messaging, training inputs, field enablement, FAQs, and customer-facing requirements are coordinated and delivered on time.

  • Drive cross-functional operating discipline by clarifying owners, decision rights, dependencies, risks, escalation paths, and follow-through across key partners.

  • Support business planning and portfolio reviews by translating performance, customer feedback, market insights, competitive activity, and risks into clear recommendations.

  • Establish consistent portfolio management rhythms, dashboards, decision logs, launch trackers, and feedback loops to improve visibility, accountability, and execution quality.

  • Partner with R&D, Sales, Clinical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Customer Care, Marketing Communications, Enterprise Marketing Insights, and Digital Health stakeholders to support aligned execution.

  • Create leadership leverage by owning routine product management execution and building a scalable management layer that enables senior portfolio leadership to focus on transformation, governance, diagnostics strategy, and future growth.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field.

  • 8+ years of product management, product marketing, portfolio management, medical device, healthcare technology, digital health, or related commercial experience.

  • 3+ years of direct or indirect people leadership, team leadership, or significant product management coaching experience.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple product priorities, launches, lifecycle initiatives, or commercialization workstreams.

  • Strong commercial orientation with ability to connect product decisions to customer, patient, field, payer, provider, and business outcomes.

  • Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Product Development, Operations, and Marketing teams.

  • Strong executive communication, prioritization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to travel as business needs require.

Preferred:

  • MBA or advanced degree.

  • Medical device or MedTech product management leadership experience.

  • Experience with respiratory, lymphedema, chronic disease management, digital health, connected care, or diagnostics-adjacent product portfolios.

  • Experience managing product managers or leading a distributed product portfolio team.

  • Experience building operating cadences, portfolio dashboards, launch readiness processes, and product management capability frameworks.

  • Experience supporting annual operating plans, portfolio reviews, and business case development.
