Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC has a potential need for a Deputy Program Manager to provide support for our government customer in Gulfport, MS.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acts with full authority of the Program Manager in the Program Manager’s absence.
-
Directs day to day integration across facilities operations, maintenance, electrical operations, information technology, and project execution.
-
Chairs weekly status reviews.
-
Manages the response to the customer regarding identified performance deficiencies and owns corrective action closure.

Primary focus areas shall be business management, procurement processing, and subcontract performance management in support of operations.

Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
-
BS/BA and 8 years of experience in data center or mission-critical facility operations, including 3 years in a supervisory or management role.

PMP and Data Center Operations Manager (IDCA) or equivalent.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
-
Experience in the business and program management of contracts involving Tier III collocated data center operations is preferred.
-
Leadership experience directing teams, operations, or programs within mission-critical facility environments (e.g., data centers, critical infrastructure, or comparable 24/7/365 mission-essential operations), with demonstrated ability to lead through subordinate subject matter experts, set organizational vision and direction, and mobilize resources to resolve operational challenges.

Analyze new and complex project related problems.

Create innovative solutions involving large complex tasks.
-
Provide strategic planning for long-term initiatives such as energy efficiency improvements and life cycle management of critical infrastructure.
REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

Must be a naturalized United State Citizen. Green Card holders are not eligible.

Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
