What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to area operations and management teams.

  • Process, maintain, and organize records, reports, and operational documentation.

  • Coordinate communication between departments, customers, vendors, and employees.

  • Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and routine reporting activities.

  • Support daily office operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in administrative tasks.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

  • Primarily office-based environment supporting operational teams.

  • Frequent use of computers, phones, and other standard office equipment.

  • Interaction with employees, vendors, customers, and management throughout the workday.

  • May occasionally visit plant or operational areas while following applicable safety requirements.
