Coordinate factory and field resources in response to technical issues, field support requests, customer escalations, and launch-related challenges.

Establish timelines, track deliverables, identify risks, and help ensure Service launch readiness tasks are completed on schedule.

Provide supplemental after-hours technical support when required to support customers, field personnel, critical escalations, or launch activities.

Travel domestically and internationally to support new product installations, customer engagements, factory readiness, field training, and technical escalations.
