What You'll Do As an in-home caregiver, you'll help seniors and other individuals maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:

• Companionship and meaningful conversation

• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care

• Meal preparation and nutritional support

• Mobility assistance and fall prevention

• Medication reminders

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Grocery shopping, errands, and transportation as authorized

• Dementia care and other specialized care needs based on your training and experience

What We're Looking For

• A caring heart and a genuine desire to help others

• Dependability, patience, and professionalism

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently in clients' homes

• Reliable transportation to assigned client locations

• Willingness to learn and develop caregiving skills

• Ability to meet applicable Idaho background screening and employment requirements

Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but we also welcome individuals with a passion for helping others. Experience caring for a family member, working with seniors, or supporting individuals with disabilities is valuable.
