Personal Caregiver Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for clients in Spokane County by providing compassionate in-home care services.

Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
-
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
-
Support clients with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence

Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families

Work primarily in clients' homes with varying schedules and shift times
Caregiver Requirements
-
Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required. We provide paid training for qualified candidates.

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
-
Honest, dependable, energetic, and compassionate Caregiver with a passion for serving others

Strong communication and customer service skills
